The New England Patriots‘ wide receiver Kayshon Boutte had an injury scare in the game against the Atlanta Falcons. He sustained a hamstring injury and left the game in the first half. This soon raised questions about whether the injury is serious and if he will be available for Week 10 football.

Head coach Mike Vrabel had shared that Boutte will remain “day-to-day” after his hamstring injury. Now, the player himself has shared another positive update on his injury. The Patriots’ receiver revealed on Discord that his MRI showed a mild grade 1 hamstring strain, and he expects to return for the game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
“It’s a possibility i play sunday in Tampa depending how i’m feeling,” the LSU product wrote. “But if not then hopefully i’m good for the jets on TNF. i’ll keep yall updated. just know i’m working to get it stronger and come back better.”

Boutte’s presence will be crucial in the game against the Buccaneers. He has recorded 23 receptions for 431 yards and 5 touchdowns this season so far. He currently ranks 36th in receiving yards.

The rookie WR had a brilliant college career, starting all 13 games last year and leading the team with 70 catches for 1,198 yards and 14 touchdowns. He has kept the momentum in the pro league. So, it isn’t surprising that the coach Vrabel and offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels have faith in the player.
They will hope that their receiver can recover within a week, but the real question is whether he’ll be healthy enough to play in Week 10. The Patriots also have another concern, running back Rhamondre Stevenson, who is dealing with his toe injury. He missed the Week 9 game, and his availability for Week 10 remains questionable. Stevenson has been one of the team’s leading rushers, recording 279 yards on 83 carries.
“I’m not into predictions,” Vrabel said. “I don’t really do timeframes. But all I can tell you is that he’s working hard. … So, he is fighting to get back as fast as possible.”
With injuries troubling the Patriots, will the team make a trade before the deadline?

The New England Patriots are expected to make a trade
After two turbulent seasons, the Patriots are finally finding success this year. With a 7-2 record, they are competing for the top spot in the AFC East. And to maintain their momentum, the Patriots will need the right players who can elevate the team further and strengthen their playoff chances.
The duo of second-year quarterback Drake Maye and wide receiver Stefon Diggs has worked for the team. But the Patriots might need some help in other positions. They narrowly defeated the Falcons 24-23.
The offensive line struggled in the game, and the pass rushing was an issue. And such errors can prevent what the Patriots have built so far this season. Now, with only hours left in the trade deadline, do you think the Pats will make any move to strengthen their roster?
