The 8-time Olympic champion Usain Bolt is known for his vibrant personality and humorous nature. He is liked worldwide not only for his stellar performances but also for his friendly nature.

The sprinter is used to hanging out with celebrities and other stars. Among his friends is none other than the Duke of Sussex, Prince Harry. The two met way back in Jamaica and have been friends ever since.

In an interview, the star sprinter revealed how he wanted to throw multiple parties for the Prince in celebration of his wedding with Meghan Markle.

Bolt meant Prince Harry for the first time back when he came to Jamaica to celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee. The two became friends right away. Prince Harry even defeated Usain Bolt in a race.

In 2018, Prince Harry married his long-time girlfriend Meghan Markle. Bolt has revealed that he actually wanted to throw the Prince multiple bachelor parties, all three of them in different cities.

“I?m thinking about having three. My idea is to have one in Kingston, one in Vegas, and one in London,” said Bolt.

Earlier the sprinter had also revealed that he was disappointed he couldn’t party with the Prince before the wedding.

?I?m sorry I didn?t get to party with him before,? said Bolt.

The legend has given the couple his stamp of approval, adding that he thinks Markle is a nice girl. Further, Bolt is of the opinion that Prince Harry is the wild one in the family.

Bolt offered to take responsibility for Prince Harry during his bachelor party

Usain Bolt even offered to take responsibility for making sure the Prince reached his home safely after the parties. The iconic sprinter was ready to call up Meghan Markle.

“I will personally call Meghan and take responsibility for getting him home safely after each,” said Bolt.

The legend believes that those were the last nights of freedom for the Prince before his wedding to Markle.

?”I know it?s a lot to ask but these are his last nights of freedom.”

However, to Bolt’s disappointment, these parties never actually happened. The Prince and Bolt still remain the best of friends. Bolt still has to beat the Prince in a race!
