Naomi Osaka On Entrepreneurship
In a recent conversation with Mikey Williams, Naomi Osaka was asked about becoming an entrepreneur as an athlete. She replied by saying,

“I feel like I’m still learning a lot. Thankfully, I learned for a short while from Kobe [Bryant]. But everything that you’re interested in is an opportunity, and there’s no such thing as a stupid question when you’re in meetings. Most of the time, people don’t expect athletes to really get involved in the product. They just expect you to be a figurehead. But the newer generation is really becoming involved, trying to be investors.”
The Japanese star is clearly involved in projects outside of tennis. However, right now, her main focus is going to be on the sport as one of the biggest events in tennis is approaching – the US Open.

The US Open is obviously very special for Naomi Osaka. She won her very first Grand Slam title there by beating Serena Williams in straight sets. This started a great run of form for the Japanese star as she went on to win the 2019 Australian Open and also become the World No.1.

At the time, Osaka was looking unstoppable, but sadly, things did not go her way. She lost at the early stages of many tournaments, and she even failed to defend her Grand Slam titles. Now, she is trying to regain her form and hopefully, we will see her play some amazing tennis at the US Open.
