Red Bull driver Max Verstappen took his maiden pole position on Saturday in Hungary, but was unable to convert it to a win. The Dutchman had been leading much of the race but a better strategy for Lewis Hamilton saw him claw into Verstappen’s lead. Hamilton went on to take another victory in Formula One while Max Verstappen settled for 2nd. Completing the podium was Sebastian Vettel who made short work of teammate Charles LeClerc. Both Hamilton and Vettel were on fresher tyres compared to their targets, so they had a massive advantage.
