Lewis Hamilton Rumoured to be Selling His 52m Dollar Penthouse in New York

Aside from being a six-time Formula One world champion, Lewis Hamilton is also an entrepreneur. The British driver recently debuted his fourth fashion collaboration with fashion brand Tommy Hilfiger. Being extremely well-to-do, it is not surprising that he owns a few posh residences. In fact, the Mercedes driver took off nearly $5 million off the price of his Tribeca penthouse.
The five-bedroom penthouse boasts of an outdoor plunge pool, and various other amenities. According to the current market price, the asking rate is a hefty $52 million. The mansion is a 8,908-square-foot residence that Lewis Hamilton bought for $44 million in 2017.
However, the Mercedes star has rarely visited the property, but has purchased more swanky residences. Other characteristics of the penthouse include six bathrooms and two powder rooms. He even has private rooftop terraces, an elevator, a library, a great room with 20-foot-high ceilings, an outdoor kitchen and two private parking spaces.

The listing broker for the posh crib is, Mara Papasoff of Brown Harris Stevens. It is noteworthy that the star-studded home at 443 Greenwich St. has attracted numerous celebrities.
The many A-list stars include Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, Bella Hadid and The Weeknd, Jennifer Lawrence , Harry Styles, Jake Gyllenhaal and Meg Ryan.

Does Lewis Hamilton own any other properties?
Aside from the Tribeca penthouse, Lewis Hamilton owns a 4-storey mansion in Kensington, West London. That mansion features a huge kitchen and special dining area. This is specifically for hosting parties and entertaining guests. The property was built by Samuel Johns in 1860 and is estimated to be worth $25m.

Lewis Hamilton also owns an apartment in Geneva, on top of a 6-storey building in Luins village, Nyon. Geneva happens to be a popular destination for a number of Formula One and ex-Formula One drivers.
