Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton will be putting up one of his two Manhattan penthouses for sale. As it turns out, the selling price for  the penthouse is $14 million more than the cost price. Interestingly, the Mercedes driver has never lived in the property at all.

The house, situated at 443 Greenwich Street, New York will be going for a hefty price of $57 million.

The penthouse covers an area of 8,900-square feet, inclusive of three floors and a private pool.

Hamilton bought the penthouse for around $44 million in 2017. He also purchased another property last month, for $40.7 million.

There’s also a 5,000-square-foot rooftop terrace that is accessible to every resident.

The asking price includes two parking spots as well. However, Hamilton reportedly owns two more parking slots. The lot at the building only has 15 spaces in total.

Hamilton’s neighbours include a variety of Hollywood stars and other well-known celebrities. Some of these neighbours include Meg Ryan, Rebel Wilson, Jake Gyllenhaal, Justin Timberlake, Jessica Biel, Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively.

Other stars who own properties in the area include Jennifer Lawrence, Bella Hadid and The Weeknd. They do not live there themselves but they have rented their respective penthouses.
