Ever since the departure of their previous season’s star performer Luis Suarez things have looked dull for the reds in this entire season, with the club having just a fighting chance to make the top 4.

With Daniel Sturidge injured almost all season and Mario Balotelli’s indifferent form, most of Liverpool’s goals were scored by midfielders and playmakers and Rodgers is keen to boost his team’s chances in the coming season with some hungry and fresh legs in his frontline.

Memphis Depay among the three would be a big buy given the Dutch internation’s speed and agility which is lacking in Liverpool at this time, but Rodgers would presumably have to fight it out with another Dutchman in Louis Van Gaal who is reportedly keen on Depay.

Daany Ings and Christian Benteke too have been sensational for their respective premier league clubs but the position of their teams in the standings aren’t encouraging enough for these talented players to stay.
