The Wizards come into this game after winning 140-132 on Wednesday against the Phoenix Suns. The win was led by Bradley Beal‘s 35 points. Center Thomas Bryant also contributed with 23 points and Ish Smith came off the bench to score 21 points in 26 minutes.

Currently sitting ninth in the Eastern Conference with a win-loss record of 6-10, Bradley Beal will be key for the Wizards, not only for the upcoming match but also for the season. The two time NBA all-star is currently averaging 28.9 points along with seven assists per game.

As for the Lakers, everything seems to be going almost perfectly for them. They are one of the stingiest defence in the league, and they have, on most times, managed to score decent amount of points. The combination of LeBron James and Anthony Davis seems to be one of the most dangerous in the league at both ends of the court. Davis is just coming off probably one of his toughest matches- a trip to his old team New Orleans Pelicans. He came out with 41 points on the night in front of jeering crowd.

Predictions-

Anthony Davis, who is currently the highest scorer for the Lakers is likely to get another good haul of points on Friday, along with LeBron James. Bradley Beal might also continue his good form, but eventually it might not be enough to stop statistically the best team in the league so far.
