The Manchester United academy graduate Angelo Henriques has signed a 5-year deal with the Croatian club Dinamo Zagreb. The 21-year-old was sent on a loan deal to the same club last season, and the player decided to pursue his future at the same club, after a prolific last season. He helped the club win the title, scoring 21 goals along the way. The Chile international was bought by Manchester United from Universidad de Chile in 2012 had only one goal for the first team in a friendly match. He found a loan deal in place for him 6 months after he joined the team at Wigan Athletic, where he was a sub at the shock FA Cup final win against Manchester City. After his return to Manchester, David Moyes considered in his best interest to send the player to Real Zaragosa on loan, for yet another season, where he scored 6 goals in 20 matches for the Spanish side. He was also a part of the Chile national squad which won the Copa America by defeating Argentina on penalties, where he came on as a substitute. The future looks bright for the young lad, and Manchester United have possibly let another future star off their hooks.

<strong>Brief History</strong>

Manchester United is regarded as one of the oldest football clubs in the Premier League. The team was formed in 1878, but under the name?Newton Heath LYR Football Club. It was only in 1902 that it was officially named Manchester United.

The Red Devils are arguably the most successful team in the Premier League. This was even back when the League was known as the Football League.

From 1945 onward, after the second World War, it was also the beginning of one of the greatest eras of Manchester United. In other words, it was the era of the 'Busby Babes'. However, in 1958, the rampant Busby Babes were halted in their tracks, by the Munich Air disaster, which claimed the lives of eight players. However, Matt Busby managed to rebuild the team once again.

Then, from 1986 to 2013, the next great Manchester United era began. Namely, the Sir Alex Ferguson era, where the Red Devils were dominant. Although they had a sluggish start, they came into their own in the 1990s.

Currently, after going through a few managers like David Moyes, Louis van Gaal and Jose Mourinho. Finally, the team has settled with United legend Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

The 30<sup>th</sup> season of the top flight professional English football, Premier League 2021/22 will take place from August 13 2021 to May 17 2022. Comprising of four divisions until 1991, the top division of English football split up and all the teams in the top division, after multiple discussions with the football authorities and television broadcasters, formed the Premier League in 1992.
