Former World Number one, Maria Sharapova’s coach Riccardo Piatti gave a positive update regarding her game. He announced Maria Sharapova is injury-free from the moment and prepared to get back to her former niche in the sport.

“Next year, I will help both Maria and Sinner. We’ve been working a lot over the last few months and Maria has now healed her injuries. She’s fine and she’s ready to attack again. We focused mainly on the technique to rejoin the puzzle, including through video analysis,” Sharapova’s coach, Riccardo Piatti said.

The five-time Grand Slam champion, Sharapova won two matches on the WTA Tour after she recovered from the prolonged shoulder injury.  Before beginning the North American hard-court summer season, she split with her coach, Thomas Hogstedt and was spotted working with Riccardo Piatti at his tennis academy in Bordighera, Italy.
