Marvel’s Avengers Patch Fixes Major Issues

Marvel’s Avengers was undoubtedly one of the biggest titles dropping this year. However, the game is already home to a lot of issues that many players have already voiced.

The plot starts with Captain America’s death. Years later, the team is brought back together by Kamala Khan. Assembling Avengers back is the task at hand to fend away all foes and save the planet.

The launch day patch fixes some major issues. It majorly focuses on stability issues and enables stream cloud. Several others also faced a bug where they could not throw rocks as Hulk or shoot as Iron Man. The new patch fixes all the issues players faced on PC.

  • Implemented workaround for the NVIDIA 10-series driver problem that was causing crashes when using ALT-TAB, ALT-ENTER, and other situations.
  • Enabling Steam Cloud to allow you to easily synchronize your save-games between multiple PCs.
  • Fixed a problem that caused some players to be unable to throw rocks as Hulk or to shoot as Iron Man.
  • Fix for a DEVICE_HUNG crash some users experienced in the sewers.
  • Various other stability improvements.

These patch fixes come from the feedback after the early access was dropped. The developers also stated they are aware of other problems in the game and are constantly working to bring in the best experience. Their engagement with the community was also highlighted in the patch announcement.

The game will continue to receive updates to keep players engaged. The third-person adventure features some of the biggest names in Marvel. Furthermore, PlayStation users are at an added advantage as they also get to play with the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man.

There are many characters coming to the game as time progresses. Hawkeye, Dr Strange, Black Panther, and more fan-favorites will be available soon with additional benefits and rewards unlocked through battle pass.
