Marvel’s Spider-Man was arguably one of the most popular games on the PlayStation 4. Following its success, the next-gen PS5 is already getting an all-new Spider-Man title: ‘Miles Morales’. While Miles Morales is the flagship title based on the masked superhero for the PS5, developers at Insomniac have much more in store.

Insomniac had previously announced a remastered version for Marvel’s Spider-Man on the PS5. They clarified that this wouldn’t be a backwards compatibility title but rather a new game in its own right. Therefore, apart from all the new performance enhancements, the remastered version will also have new content.

PlayStation UK recently announced the addition of two new suits to Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered.

Spider-Man Remastered to get Arachnid Rider and Armored Advanced Suits

The two new suits added to the remastered version of the game will only form a small part of all the new content coming to the game.

The first suit is made out of the classic Spider-Man colors, blue and red. However, the new suit is much bulkier with a bigger spider logo running across the chest, on the thighs as well as the hands. Moreover, there are added spikes on the mask to form a crown.

The second suit is primarily white with highlights of red and black. It has a much more minimalistic look with a futuristic vibe. Moreover, it also looks more like a mechanical suit with various parts to it.

Sony has published a detailed list of all the new features added to the remastered version of the game. These explore all the upgrades made from the previous game to the upcoming version.

These also include the performance enhancements on the PS5. The game will utilize the adaptive triggers and the haptic feedback on the new DualSense controller. With faster loading speeds and stunning visuals, Marvel’s Spider-Man is ready to be a success on the PS5.
