Marvel’s Spiderman Gets a Buff for PlayStation 5

Along with Spiderman: Miles Morales, Insomniac games will also offer a remastered version of PS4 immensely successful exclusive, Marvel’s Spiderman. They have already confirmed they won’t be selling physical copies of the game, which also means players cannot transfer their saves from PS4 to PS5.
The developers released all of this information via replies to tweets by fans. In a similar fashion, Insomniac divulged details of the remaster when a fan asked how the PS5 version will be different from the PS4 one.

PS5 does wonders for Marvel’s Spiderman
Insomniac are going to use all the advantages available with the next-gen PS5’s hardware to enhance the Spiderman experience. The new game is going to see changes in terms of graphics, resolutions, animations, characters, and much more.

In the first tweet, Insomniac explained that they have updated many assets to take advantage of the PS5’s horsepower. These include better-looking characters with improved skin, eyes, hair, and facial animation. Additionally, they have added ray-traced reflections and ambient shadows and improved lighting. Finally, the game will also have more pedestrians and vehicles stretching into the distance.

Furthermore, it will have near-instant loading times, 3D audio and the DualSense controller’s haptic feedback. Lastly, the developers have added three new suits, new photo mode features, and even new trophies.
