McLaren IndyCar Driver Pato O’Ward Reveals How His Kyle Larson Prediction Came True Ahead of Their Abu Dhabi Meeting

During the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix weekend, IndyCar driver Patricio ‘Pato’ O’Ward was present in the McLaren garage. One of his duties for the weekend was to entertain the guests. On this occasion, he was giving actor Gerard Butler a ride around the track. However, O’Ward recently spoke about another guest to the Yas Marina Circuit, Kyle Larson.
The reigning NASCAR Cup Series champion will be present on Sunday to watch the season finale. In light of this, Pato O’Ward revealed that he made a prediction about Larson and it came true. He said, “I knew he’d get hired and win a bunch of races. And he did.”
Of course, no one is sure which garage Kyle Larson will hang out in. However, we can be confident that he will definitely get his money’s worth with an epic season finale. Both title contenders, Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton are on the front row, in that order. So, the battle is definitely on for the title, especially with them being level on points.

Kyle Larson hopes to have a good time in Abu Dhabi
Recently, the Hendrick Motorsports driver confessed that he would be open to a test in an F1 car. This will be the first time that Larson is attending a live F1 race, and he is looking forward to the experience. It is also worth mentioning that he had no idea that there would be a post-season rookie test, but would be game for driving.

Talking about his future plans, Kyle Larson revealed that he took time off to unwind after the 2021 Cup season. Later on, he would be competing in a few races across the country, before making the trip across the pond to Abu Dhabi. Following that, he has plans to compete in a few dirt races in January and February before the 2022 season kicks off.
