Universal Studios Japan is all set to host the grand opening of the world’s first Super Nintendo World on February 4th, 2021. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, a lot of fans might not visit the park in the near future. For them, Minecraft is the next best alternative to relive their memories from the Mario Kart days.

Super Nintendo World in Minecraft is 45% complete
Dippy22 is currently working on the Minecraft version of the Super Nintendo World. Back in 2020, some early concept art had inspired him to create a fan adaption of the Super Nintendo World. Now, the veteran is certain of recreating the park on a 1:1 scale with the help of official footage and promotions.
As for now, the project comprises the entrances to Super Nintendo World, Yoshi’s Adventure, Kinopio’s Cafe, and 1UP Factory. There are a lot more attractions to cover, and Dippy22 wishes to include“3D models of every unique design this land has to offer.”
Major attractions in the Super Nintendo World
Super Nintendo World has a plethora of Nintendo characters, worlds, and adventures. Some of its major attractions include Mario Kart: Koopa’s challenge, and Yoshi’s Adventure. While Mario Kart: Koopa’s challenge is a compilation of real-life Mario Kart courses, Yoshi’s Adventure is a special treasure hunt in the Mushroom Kingdom.
Furthermore, visitors can collect keys and fight with Bowser Jr. to retrieve Peach’s Golden Mushroom.
