It is no secret that Simon ‘Miniminter’ Minter is one of KSI’s oldest friends. After all, the duo met each other in school and have been best friends. Since then, Simon has helped JJ become one of the best YouTubers in this world.

He has helped KSI with channel management and stood strong as a pillar during his dark times. Now, years later, both of them work together for a group called ‘Sidemen’ that makes content on YouTube.

But, as they say, that there’s always a better one in the two, KSI has shadowed Simon to date. Although, Miniminter has never complained about it, as he happily enjoys living in his shadow.

But there are always a bunch of celebrities who never forget their roots. Such has been the case with two members of the Sidemen crew, Simon and JJ.

Simon met KSI early in their teenage years when the duo attended Berkhamsted School. At first, neither of them liked each other, and they ended up in a fight during school hours. Later, their teachers stepped in to solve the issue and revamp their friendship. Since then, the duo has been inseparable, as they have helped each other grow.

Sadly, Simon’s fans have always criticized their friendship as they felt KSI overshadowed him. But Miniminter had a different take on this opinion as he spoke about it in a recent podcast. He said, “I’ve known him from school and I was helping him like I helped him film uh like I filmed all his like original videos and then I was just thankful that he was kind of like willing to help me absolutely so I don’t yeah I mean even now if someone says like oh you’re only famous because it’s KSI I’m I’m like yeah I’ll take it, still famous.”

JJ vs Alex Wassabi

KSI will go against Alex Wasabi in an upcoming boxing match on August 27th, 2022. Fans are looking forward to this one as it features two of the most popular YouTubers in the world.

Interestingly, KSI and Alex both have experience in boxing as they have previously fought against other opponents. Although the two have never gone against each other, making this match one of the most interesting ones.
