Alex Rodriguez is rooting for his team, no matter what. The athlete-turned-businessman has been trying to turn around Minnesota’s NBA and WNBA scene since he took over in 2021. Alongside business partner Marc Lore, the former New York Yankees slugger is working hard in another sport. But it will be a while till the sport pays him back.

The Minnesota Timberwolves have been in rebuilding mode for the last several years. With Rodriguez manning the helm, the team has significantly improved over the previous two seasons, consistently making the playoffs.
