As a single parent, Alex Rodriguez always tries to do everything he could to make his daughters’ lives as better as possible. Analogous to that, something happened with the former baseball player Alex Rodriguez. The reason was an essential item of his that had made him a “dinosaur,” only because he could keep up with the advancement that happened or he just didn’t want to. Either way, he was perfectly fine for being a dinosaur for his daughters.

How did Alex Rodriguez become a dinosaur?

In the era of iPhones, if someone is seen still using blackberries, he would be considered old-fashioned straight away. This is what happened with Alex when he continued to have a blackberry even in 2016. One day, when he went with his daughter Natasha to a parents teacher conference, he got specifically asked to put that blackberry away. The little girl did not want to be embarrassed by her father.

“She says dad there’s three rules. She goes, do not make eye contact with anybody. Do not call any attention to yourself, and please dad please leave the blackberry in the car,” Alex said, explaining how his daughter set the rules straight for him. Prior to saying this, he said, “I still have my blackberry to confirm that I’m a dinosaur.”

Looks like when the kids are giving orders, parents sometimes have to abide by their rules so as to not get them embarrassed.

What else did Alex say about his daughters?

He simply expressed how kids do remind their parents of only two things. They’ll constantly remind their parents that they are getting older day by day. And second, that how uncool they are. It is the case with almost every kid. Because somehow kids have the power to easily adapt to any technology that comes up these days.
