This comes as a huge positive following the Bronx Bombers’ big win over the Oakland Athletics. Talkin’ Yanks shared a video of Boone’s statement on Twitter.

In the video, he said, “Yes, yeah, I mean assuming we make it through today, yeah. But he’s doing his normal pre-game today, and then the idea will be to activate him tomorrow.” Although this does not alleviate all the issues that the Yankees are facing, it is big news.
