But Hicks has clapped back at the Yankees by growing his facial hair immediately after leaving. This is a sign of his being tired of the Bombers? strict grooming policies. Furthermore, he played very well for the Orioles in his debut, making fans believe that his new beard may be the reason why. Baseball insider Mike Daddino shared a Tweet highlighting Hicks? performance.?

In a Tweet, Daddino said, ?Death, taxes and Aaron Hicks starting his Orioles tenure 2-2 with two runs and a walk.? He seemingly says that a good Hicks performance was inevitable. But the struggling outfielder did truly show off his skills with the bat.?
