Ever since returning from injury, Aaron Judge has been in excellent form. During the month of May, he helped lead the New York Yankees as they recovered from their bad season start. His top-level individual performances have led to some big wins for the team. Now, Judge will hope to continue that form as the Yankees play an away series they haven’t played since 2019.

Most recently, almost all MLB teams who have played against the Yanks, have found it difficult to stop the in-form Yankees’ captain from the plate. Aaron Judge will look to hit big as the Yankees play the Dodgers in Los Angeles for the first time since 2019

The structure of the MLB schedule has changed starting with the 2023 season. This has led to more interleague games. Furthermore, each team will play the other 29 teams at least once for the first time ever. The Yankees are now set to face the Los Angeles Dodgers at Dodger Stadium for the first time since 2019. Aaron Judge will look to continue his great form and replicate some of the shots he hit in that series 4 years ago. The MLB shared a video of a touching moment from the 2019 series on Twitter.

In a Tweet, they said, “This weekend the @Yankees face the Dodgers in LA for the first time since 2019. @TheJudge44 made the last visit a memorable one. #TBT”. It was a sweet moment as Judge fulfilled a promise he made with a special fan.
