The Yankee superstar stated earlier that his life doesn’t depend on working out, but he likes to hit the gym every day. With years of consistency, not only did he get much better at knowing what his body needs, but he also understood the importance of maintaining a fit physique. 

His newfound love interest, fitness enthusiast Jaclyn Cordeiro, is unsurprisingly better than the former Yankee at working out. Cordeiro and Alex made their relationship official a couple of days ago, after he was spotted working out with her occasionally. From the looks of it, they are now working out together more often than before.

But he wasn’t the only one throwing punches in the gym. Despite not being in the frame, Rodriguez and Cordeiro were in the same UFC gym, throwing punches with their coach. While A-Rod posted a reel of him punching, his girlfriend had put stories on her Instagram profile.
