With a massive net worth of $100 million, she has been an investor in the reality series, titled, ‘Shark Tank’. Interestingly, ‘A-Rod’ also happened to be a famous guest host on the show.?

Speaking to ‘A-Rod’ on the podcast about her choice of the perfect entrepreneur, Barbara said, “Always the same qualities. I always look for someone who can sell. Because if the leader of anything can’t sell, then they usually can’t build, that comes together. I also look for high energy. I find the people that don’t have high energy popping out of their skin, they generally don’t have the energy and drive that is going to take to build a business.”?
