As reported by TODAY in a video from 2018, Alex Rodriguez chose to have some fun and hired a “master mentalist” to pull a prank on his girlfriend. In the video, Jennifer Lopez entered the room with the mentalist, who asks the family to look towards him.

Shortly after entering the room, the man asks everyone to look at him and snaps his fingers. Subsequently, everyone suddenly falls flat on the table. JLo, standing behind the table, is shaken. She’s evidently very confused and scared about everything that just went down. Slowly, the clutter starts arising, and the prank is out there.

Back in 2019, A-Rod’s then-fiance Jennifer Lopez prepared to host Saturday Night Live. To promote the episode, Jennifer Lopez tied up with her fiance Alex Rodriguez and comedian Pete Davidson to fashion a creative and amusing sketch.

The mini skit featured Chad, played by Pete Davidson. the character stood ignorant and unaware of his surroundings and failed to receive a few indirect hints thrown towards him by the pop icon. Eventually, though, Chad and JLo started dancing. However, the dancing pair were peppered by the arrival of A-Rod, who palpably looked upset.

JLo tried to make an excuse and claimed that Chad was her new choreographer. But A-Rod didn’t believe her. And before leaving the scene, he said, “I hope you’re happy.” Jennifer Lopez then decided Chad to chase A-Rod. She said, “Chad, I have to go after him. I think that you should leave the tour. Good bye Chad.”
