Akin to two popular social groups in high school, Alex Rodriguez from the rich Major League Baseball and Jennifer Lopez from the glamorous Hollywood started dating in 2017, after the first meeting at a restaurant. From the very beginning, A-Rod and JLo displayed an adorable relationship that checked multiple boxes and started to slowly display what love is about.

But this only lasted so long, and in April 2021, after being together for four years, the couple announced the end of their relationship. And with this, A-Rod also lost an invitation to a special party hosted by the pop sensation and her vocal coach Steve Mackie.

Per an inTouch piece from July 2021, Alex Rodriguez reached his Instagram. And he commented on Steve Mackie’s video upload from the party, asking him about his invitation to the party.

Mackie uploaded two videos from the Taco Tuesday bash. “THE BEST TACO TUESDAY EVER??! thank you to all who attended. LA is officially back open y’all,” read the caption of the first upload. And “This is my fav part of the night cause I’ve spend 90% of my life in rehearsals,” read the caption of the second post.

However, A-Rod was unhappy about his missing invite. And the 2009 Yankees World Champion commented on the post saying, “Where is my invite Stevie?!” JLo’s vocal coach responded softly and diplomatically said, “Anytime brother.”

The adorable J-Rod relationship began in 2017. However, two years after they got engaged in 2019, the couple decided to part ways. In a joint statement with TODAY, the couple said, “We have realized we are better as friends and look forward to remaining so. We will continue to work together and support each other on our shared businesses and projects.”
