Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez broke fans’ hearts with their split in April 2021. Since then, the pop icon and actress have been working on many projects. This includes both music and acting projects as well. Most recently, Lopez recalled a milestone purchase from many years ago while promoting her latest film. 

The pop icon has been working hard at her craft, with her album “This is Me… Now” releasing this summer. But her latest film has taken center stage in recent headlines. She recalled a milestone purchase while promoting the film. 

Jennifer Lopez recalls her first mobile phone while promoting her film “The Mother”

“The Mother” starring Jennifer Lopez recently released, with mixed reviews. But the actress has been doing promotional activities with her co-stars and most recently she recalled a milestone purchase. During a game with on-screen daughter Lucy Paez, JLo recalls the first phone she ever bought. While Paez’s was an iPhone 6, JLo’s was a slightly more modest Motorola flip phone. Paez shared a video of the segment on Instagram.

In the video, JLo says, “The Motorola flip phone. It was a little tiny phone like this big. And you flipped it.” This is a trip down memory lane for both Lopez and anybody else who used the once-iconic flip phone. It was a sweet segment between the co-stars as they answered a variety of questions.

But this is not the only project that the pop icon has worked on recently. In December last year, “Shotgun Wedding” was released, starring JLo and Josh Duhamel. But despite this packed schedule and her multiple projects, Lopez found the time to support her husband.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have supported each other fully since getting back together. Last month, Lopez supported her husband as his Michael Jordan-based film “Air” premiered. She stood by him on the red carpet throughout the event as people got a first taste of the film. Affleck’s “Air” has done very well with critics, earning rave reviews for the acting, directing, and overall film.
