MLB icon Alex Rodriguez despite his controversial yet storied career in the big league continued to maintain his popularity in the entertainment industry. After separating from his ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis in 2008, Rodriguez dated several women, including the pop queen Madonna and Golden Globe award-winning actress Kate Hudson. His alleged affair with the Queen of pop was said to be the cause of his divorce from Scurtis. In the same year, there was yet another similarity between Madonna and A-Rod, that was their manager, Guy Oseary.
Not long after that, in 2009, he started dating Hudson, whom he stayed with until the end of that year. While the former Yankee wanted to build a family, Hudson did not want the same; thus, they broke up. And now, over a decade later, as Hudson posted a picture of herself donning the Oscars’ red carpet, she drew the attention of her ex-boyfriend’s former manager.

The moment one of the most significant events of the year took place, the former Yankee Alex ‘A-Rod’ Rodriguez vacationed in an exotic location in the Bahamas. However, he did not go there alone but went with his lady love, Jaclyn Cordeiro.
At the same time, Hudson posted a picture of herself with Janelle Monáe on her Instagram handle. Soon as she did so, hundreds of compliments started pouring in for her, including from A-Rod’s former manager, Guy Oseary. Alongside many, Oseary commented with a couple of hearts, all having different colors, as he appreciated the actress.

Even though Alex and Hudson might not be together anymore, the time they shared in 2009 was extraordinary, at least for the ex-slugger. Notably, Hudson was there with A-Rod as he lifted his first and only World Series title in 2009.
Did Hudson want to steal fame from Rodriguez?
Whether Hudson wanted to steal A-Rod’s fame is not clear. But according to him, she wanted her fame to grow because of his fame in the baseball world.
If reports are true, when they dated, Kate was always in the bleachers whenever Alex played. She reportedly always required a makeover artist to give her a new look. The Hollywood actress apparently wanted more media attention during their relationship. And that was the reason they broke up.
