Aaron Judge‘s individual and team goals took a massive hit this season. Despite his post-injury blasting performances, the New York Yankees‘ captain fell short of his aim to be the Home Run King again and reach the World Series. Had it not been for his multiple injuries that led him to miss over 50 games, Judge might have even bested his last season record. As far as the team’s performance is considered, everyone is raising their finger towards the management. And why not? For the first time in the last seven years, the mighty Yankees have missed the playoffs. Considering the failures this year, Judge wants to have some “quick fixes” in the clubhouse.

Growing up in a family where sports was a topic of daily discussion, baseball drew my interest the most. I admired the post-retirement journey of Alex Rodriguez and the rise of Shohei Ohtani and Elly De La Cruz to stardom in the current baseball generation. Forever enamored by Bryce Harper and the way his career is progressing, I love covering most East Coast teams. When not writing, you can always find me at the library, buried between the pages of a book. “There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so,” from Shakespeare’s Hamlet is a favorite for me. When not surrounded by words, I’m usually in the battlefields of COD and Fortnite!
