Rival fans throwing chants for Aaron Judge

The Yankees and Red Sox rivalry goes back to 1919 when Babe Ruth transferred from the Red Sox to the Yankees. However, during yesterday’s game at Fenway Park, BoSox fans let go of their rivalry and deservingly yelled positive chants for the Yankee slugger.

Throughout the game, chants of “MVP” surrounded the stadium. Markedly, Judge, with 57 homers, is the most ideal fit for the MVP award this season.

Analogous to the BoSox fan praises, Judge reached out to them with positive words after the game. He said, “It’s the best, they’re some of the best in baseball. They’re going to boo you, they’re going to say some things, they’re going to make you laugh. It’s all part of it. A lot of great history here, and this is one of the best places to play, so it’s always fun going out there and trying to put on a show for them.”

Where will Judge end up?

Before the start of 2022, Judge and the Yankees’ management failed at reaching a common ground on a $230 Million, seven-year extension. According to rumors, Judge expected a bigger contract for a longer duration. However, his incrementing age played against him. Consequently, he entered 2022 betting on himself as a free agent. Palpably, his bets paid off and he’s now leading the homers list.
