One thing that has always remained the same for David “Big Papi” Ortiz is that he is the same outsized, jovial personality he was decades ago. Having won many awards during the time he played professional baseball, the Boston Red Sox legend is also a Baseball Hall of Famer.

He always had a boundless charisma that he not only easily charmed his teammates but also his opponents. Ortiz had a larger-than-life presence on the field and also off of it. It has been over six years since Ortiz bid farewell to the game, but the Red Sox legend is still the same.
