If their captain had not suffered an injury, the Yankees might have been able to avoid this dreadful season. Considering Judge’s current performances, fans are speculating on this probability. Days after reaching his home run milestone to mark his place with Alex Rodriguez and others, the Bronx Bombers’ captain again proved his worth. He hit two home runs against The Blue Jays on Sunday.

While homers are speedy runs, Judge’s was thunderous. Aaron Judge crushed his 36th home run of the season, sending the ball flying 395 feet with an exit velocity of 112 MPH and a launch angle of 22°. The pitch responsible for this powerful hit was a 94mph sinker delivered by the Blue Jays’ José Berríos.
