From the mansion’s interiors and exteriors to its tenants and demolition, Jeter’s waterfront mansion perpetually made the news. While everyone holds a fair estimate of the interiors of the mansion, there is no evidence to show it. And there is a reason for that.

What bizarre rule did Jeter set for his Tampa Mansion?

The five-time World Champion and Roberto Clemente Award winner, Jeter, had issued a set of rules for the house that every guest had to follow.

As reported by Intelligencer once, the Pinstripes captain prohibited the entry of mobile devices into the house. Locals term the multimillion-dollar mansion “St. Jetersburg.” Before entering the house, Jeter expected all the guests to leave their devices in a basket placed in the foyer.

That being said, now, after the passing of hurricane Ian, Jeter’s Tampa Bay mansion may face demolition soon. It took Captain Clutch four years to build this riverside mansion at 58 Bahama Circle. And now, after the issuing of new flood regulations, the house may face demolition in the upcoming months.
