How much did Derek Jeter sell his Tampa Bay mansion for?

Derek Jeter sold his seven-bedroom, sixteen-bathroom, wine cellar, movie theater, and gym encompassing bay-side mansion for $22.5 million. The luxurious mansion covers 1.25 acres of land and exists as the “largest ever assembled waterfront property on Davis Islands.” Before Jeter sold the mansion, he was a landlord to two a star.

NFL superstar Tom Brady rented the mansion during his time with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. During the same time, tainted Super Bowl star Antonio Brown arrived at The Bucs. This led to Brady inviting Brown to stay with him.
