In a Tweet, TMZ Sports confirmed that they had a video of the incident. They also said that Judge is in the background of the incident. 

In a Tweet, TMZ Sports said, “The “f***ing c***” barb that ex-ESPN reporter Marly Rivera hurled at a female journalist  earlier this month was captured on video … and in the footage, obtained by TMZ Sports, you can see it all went down right in front of Aaron Judge.”
