And as the two boxers get ready for It Doesn’t Get Any Better Than This, baseball fans found out that undefeated champ Garcia made a curt confession about one and only Mr. November, Derek Jeter.

Therefore, one of the reporters somehow got a hold of Garcia and asked him about his favorite baseball player. The boxer, as humbly as possible, said, “Oh shoot! Can I say past?” After getting the nod from the reporter, Ryan said, “Derek Jeter”, and left. 

Garcia might not have been able to watch Jeter play for a long time. But he probably would have some of the fondest memories of watching Captain Clutch on the diamond. 

Baseball fans agree with Garcia!

Soon as the clip went on Twitter, boxing fans started to choose sides between Garcia and Davis. However, among those comments were some from baseball fans who agreed with Garcia’s answer.

Meanwhile, there are a few fans who think Ryan said Jeter only because he doesn’t know any current players. Hence, they wrote, “He prolly dont watch MLB nowadays and said the most famous player he knows lmao”, and “He doesn’t know any current players -_-“.
