If one looks closely, pitching has been probably the weakest link in the New York Yankees setup over the last few years. In recent years, they have struggled to put together a quality bullpen, with many of their pitchers suffering from injuries. Furthermore, the Yankees have failed to add the market’s best pitchers, instead going for cheaper options. But this off-season looked different as they signed Carlos Rodon, a second star pitcher to use alongside Gerrit Cole. They also added quality relief pitcher Tommy Kahnle to the mix.
