The New York Yankees are one of the greatest teams in MLB history, because of the deep-rooted history the franchise has in the League. They had players who gave their best and ultimately won championships. This is true, especially for the Yankees in the 1990s and 2000s.

One such player is none other than CC Sabathia. The left-handed pitcher is a Yankees legend and helped the team win a World Series title in 2009 alongside Derek Jeter. Since retiring, Sabathia has largely kept a low profile. But the Yankee star was recently seen at a big sporting event cheering on his team.

Fans reacted to the moment and approved of Sabathia’s actions. Some fans shared their love for the legendary Yankee. Other fans were more concerned about the outfit that he was wearing while at the game.

Unfortunately for Sabathia, the Giants were dominated by the Eagles and lost the game 7-38. He will be hoping that his Yankees perform a little better than that in the upcoming 2023 season. Especially after signing Aaron Judge to a 9-year $360 million contract, a deal that Sabathia believes is perfect. Furthermore, the Yankees will be looking to win their first title in a long time.
