A similar scenario unfurled this time when the former New York Yankees, Captain Derek Jeter met another legend, CC Sabathia. Everyone knows how the internet exploded when Derek Jeter put on a cowboy hat during the ALCS. Ultimately, the fans held this as the reason for the Rangers’ win that day, terming Jeter’s hat as a lucky charm for the team. Now his former teammate CC Sabathia has decided to take part in this fun. When he met Jeter before the WS pre-show started, during their conversation, he hilariously told him to “wear the hat from next time.”

Derek’s cowboy look is not going out of the internet cycle anytime soon. The Rangers fans hoped for him to don that hat again when they were behind in the game. But the heroics of superstars Corey Seager and Adolis Garcia showed that the Lone Stars do not need any outside luck. They are the creators of their own destiny. Nonetheless, the fans wish to see Derek Jeter in a hat again.
