Bellinger has also provided teams with lots to think about as they decide whether to give him a massive long-term deal that could go up to $300 million. With Scott Boras by his side, the price tag will not be cheap.

Another interesting factor in this free agency with Bellinger is his age. The former MVP is only 28 years old and has at least 5-7 years at the top of his powers, if not more. But teams are still hesitating as they decide his value.

The Cubs and the Toronto Blue Jays are names that are regularly linked to Cody Bellinger. Although his super agent Scott Boras seemingly prefers the Cubs, no concrete negotiations have emerged yet. Furthermore, the Los Angeles Angels are also a team that has been mentioned in passing with relation to Bellinger.
