The relationship that Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez had left people in awe. People loved them and they managed to make headlines multiple times throughout their relationship. They were always ready to do things for the benefit of people. For instance, during the lockdown, when the World stopped because of the Pandemic, they raised money for people who needed help.

To raise funds for coronavirus relief, the Hustler’s actress joined one of her ex-boyfriends on Instagram live. To let the ex know who Jen was with, Alex swooped in on the video.

Lopez dated the rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs nearly two decades ago, from 1999 to 2001. A week before the Instagram live happened, the rapper announced that he’d be having a dance-a-thon with his family to raise funds for Covid relief. He also added that the whole world was invited to join him for the cause. 

The multi-talented Jennifer Lopez had to join him. And with over 100k viewers, they danced to Elvis Crespo’s merengue hit “Suavemente.” Just after this, Alex Rodriguez came in front of the camera with a beer in hand to share with the rapper.

Maybe the dance ending was his cue to swoop in for a cameo in the video. People were somewhat happy to see the former couple reunited for a good cause, but the tension was still in the air. To defuse it, Lopez mentions Rodriguez is his fan.  

Although, it cannot be denied that J.Lo had hinted in one of her interviews that her then-fiance, Alex Rodriguez, was the jealous type. “He doesn’t play. He’s a crazy Dominican. … Do not disrespect that man.”

Alex and Jennifer went their separate ways

The former couple, Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez went their separate ways after publicly announcing their breakup in April 2021. Lopez went on to date and then marry her ex-fiance, Batman’s actor Ben Affleck.

Whereas Alex went on to date fitness enthusiast Kathryne Padgett, with whom he broke up in September this year. Now, he recently came into a relationship with fitness expert Jaclyn Cordeiro. He got seen multiple times before Cordeiro finally made her relationship with the Yankee icon official from her Instagram stories.
