In a sport like baseball, alliances are formed most unexpectedly. One such great bond that baseball fans have witnessed is between Shohei Ohtani and Lars Nootbaar. Both played significant roles in Japan’s victory over the USA. Ohtani was called MVP for posting the best statistics in the tournament, whereas, Nootbaar played exceptionally well. He was the first non-Japan-born player to represent Japan. This is where they become close friends.

A chance encounter with Alex Rodriguez’s exceptional commentary while shuffling through the FOX Network was my first introduction to baseball. Driven by the words of wisdom from one of the greatest MLB coaches, Dusty Baker, “I'm not a guy that sits around and does nothing,” I love the art of storytelling. And what is baseball if not new stories being created on the diamond every day? From the thrilling conclusion that a World Series brings to the season, I love writing about the winningest teams in baseball. With a knack for crafting compelling content, I cover electrifying on-court action like the Arizona Diamondbacks advancing to the Fall Classic, or the Texas Rangers making history. When not putting pen to paper, you'll likely find me immersed in the pages of a book or dancing my heart out.
