One of those teams would be National League’s Central Division’s St. Louis Cardinals. 

With 13 wins in their corner and 24 losses, the Red Birds aren’t doing so well at this point in the regular season. However, The Cards recently achieved a minor target for the first time this season, and it is indeed a small victory for the team. Also, this success by the Cardinals has excited their fans for a good enough season like last year.

What did the St. Louis Cardinals achieve? 

Starting from Saturday, April 29, the Cardinals went on a losing streak. Every game they played, no matter the effort, was lost. However, as of Sunday, May 7, the losing streak finally ended, and the Red Birds marked their eleventh win of the season. As they did so, they started to be on a winning streak and won three games in a row.

As they did so, a wave of jauntiness started to go through the fans, resulting in them becoming cheerleaders for the Red Birds.

Considering that with 93 wins and 69 losses, the Cardinals ended up fighting for a Wild Card berth to enter the season. However, they could not get past that and eventually ended their season. Even so, overall, it was a good enough season for the team. And now, after this small victory, fans are sure that this will change into something big soon enough.
