Houston Astros are again in the news for all the wrong reasons. Controversy seems to follow the team wherever it goes. So it’s no surprise that fans have again found a reason to rally against the Astros. With the ALCS approaching the last game, the temperatures are rising. And the fans have now noticed something strange in Dusty Baker.

Dusty Baker has found himself surrounded by another trouble. Having already been once ejected in the Game 5, he once again did something highly unusual in Game 6 today. And the fans were quick to point it out. In a rather amusing manner, it incident had something to do with his hat.

During the ALCS game 6, as the Rangers were hammering the Astros in order to take the series to the ultimate game, the camera panned towards Dusty Baker. The fans were quick to highlight something different. The fans saw that Baker was wearing a hat that was different from his players.

A Twitter user named @detectivemarkymark tweeted stating that this was a pure violation and that the Astros’ skipper should get suspended. “HOUSTON #ASTORS DUSTY BAKER IS NOT WEARING THE CORRECT HAT VS TEXAS #RANGERS. HIS HAT IS NAVY WITH ORANGE BRIM. ENTIRE TEAM HAS ALL NAVY. VIOLATION! SUSPENSION!!! HE SHOULD BE SUSPENDED. THIS GOES AGAINST @MLB RULES AND POLICY.”

What is this rule all about? In baseball, all players must wear the same uniform with the same “Hat”. So does it extend to the Manager as well? Yes, say the fans. So, as it can be clearly seen, Dusty’s hat is navy but has an orange brim while the entire team is wearing all navy. It seems that Dusty and his hat cannot stay away from trouble after all.
