Francisco Lindor Serves Husband Goals as Wife Katia Shares Adorable US Open Romance Moment

Francisco Lindor once admitted that even after all these years, he’s still “learning” all about his wife, Katia—and constantly trying to understand her love language more deeply. “I ask questions. I try to understand, and my wife has taught me to listen to her,” He said. As Lindor continues to charm her in unexpected ways, his latest gesture has now won over millions of hearts.

Apparently, the couple shares a love for attending New York Sports events. After attending the US Open in 2024, they followed it again in 2025 for Day 5. The Mets star shortstop was spotted courtside with wife Katia and son Koa.

Right from Gauff’s battles to Sinner’s dominance and Paul’s grueling five-set thriller, the Lindor family turned the tennis courtside into their personal ‘date’—as described by Katia herself. Sporting his signature braids, Lindor, dressed sharply in a blazer with a pair of shades, was caught on camera admiring Katia.

The romantic side-eye left fans in awe, and later, Katia couldn’t help but share the moment on Instagram. “Get yourself a man that looks at you like this 😏😅 (And friends who send you pictures when they spot you on TV).” Yes, not just fans but Katia’s fans were equally taken aback.

The couple indeed served major couple goals. Katia has long been her husband’s biggest supporter, both on and off the field. She frequently documents their life together and is also often spotted at Citi Field when Lindor is playing.

Lindor, meanwhile, cherishes the quiet time that he gets to spend with Katia. “Just sitting on the couch with my wife is quality time.” He was admitted some time ago. Francisco Lindor’s story with Katia began back in the day with a casual Instagram scroll. Apparently, Katia had posted a picture to which Lindor couldn’t resist reaching out. “I messaged her on Instagram. Her picture popped up and I was like, “This girl is beautiful!” he admitted in 2022 to the NY Post.

Both of them talked for three months before they finally met in Arizona, as Lindor was visiting for spring training. After hanging out together for some time, Lindor realized, as he admitted, that ‘she’s the one.’ He was hesitant for a commitment at first, but later it all worked out for the best.

They welcomed their first daughter, Kalina Zoé, in November 2020. The little one happens to be his father’s biggest cheerleader. Earlier in the days, during the tenure of manager Buck Showalter, Zoe was his biggest fan. The couple tied the knot in December 2021 at Vizcaya Museum and Gardens in Miami, Florida. They had their daughter walk down the aisle with Lindor. They welcomed their second daughter, Amapola Chloé, in June 2023.

A few days later, Katia shared a video montage on Instagram of her home birth experience along with photos of Kalina with her new baby sister. “Special thanks to my midwives & to my hubby @lindor12bc, who stayed by my side every second of my labor. I am blessed!” She stated. Then, in March 2025, they welcomed their third child, Koa Amani. Now it’s a party of 5, and clearly, the Lindor family keeps capturing hearts with their snippets.
