Most recently, a terrifying incident took place as guns were fired at a Houston baseball game.?

This is not the first time that an incident like this is taking place in Houston. There have been multiple acts of gun violence in recent times. Just last year, MLB fans mourned as a school shooting, left many people dead, injured, or traumatized.?

Shots fired at Houston baseball game leaving fans panicked

Baseball games are a place for enjoyment and relaxation. The sport has been a favorite pastime for many decades. But most recently, a game in Houston was turned upside down as gunshots got fired. During a game at Baseball USA, multiple gunshots were fired, leaving fans in a panic. But luckily no one was hurt or killed in the incident. Click2Houston reported the news, confirming that no one was injured.

According to Click2Houston, ?Houston Police said gunshots were fired at Baseball USA in northwest Houston during a game Saturday evening.? They followed up by saying, ?No one was hit by the gunfire and no injuries have been reported.? But this is a serious incident that is sure to have traumatized some of the fans in attendance.

In 2019, David Ortiz was in his native Dominican Republic and enjoying a drink with a friend. A moment later, the Boston Red Sox legend was shot and in critical condition. He was rushed to the hospital and was in the ICU before being moved back to the United States for further surgery. Ortiz recovered successfully and even recounted the near-death experience in an interview.?
