After launching TGR designs in 2006, the first project to design a golf course came from Dubai. Set to build in the desert surrounded by mansions costing tens of millions of dollars, Woods charged the designing fee of $55,000,000. Even though the project could not get completed because of the downfall of Dubai’s economy, the golf legend did not stop at this setback.
