After launching TGR designs in 2006, the first project to design a golf course came from Dubai. Set to build in the desert surrounded by mansions costing tens of millions of dollars, Woods charged the designing fee of $55,000,000. Even though the project could not get completed because of the downfall of Dubai’s economy, the golf legend did not stop at this setback. And now, the 3x AL MVP, Prince Fish, is collaborating with Woods to make his dream of having a golf course a reality.

Teamed up with Woods, Trout National- The Reserve would be an 18-hole golf course. Notably, the baseball player is thrilled to have his dream come true from the legend himself. Hence, in a recent interview with Foul Territory, Trout spoke about what his golf course would look like.
In his own words, “I like to take everything I’ve seen from other golf courses, what I like and what I don’t like, and put it all into one. And to have the goat Tiger design it, I mean, what more you can ask for? It’s just it’s uh really surreal thinking I’m getting chills now thinking about it. Just having Tiger design a course and have it your own, it’s pretty special, and I cannot wait till it opens.”
Talking to Sports Illustrated, Trout barely could contain his happiness. “My favorite golfer growing up obviously was Tiger. I thought it would be pretty cool to reach out. We reached out, got a positive vibe when we mentioned it and got his team down to the site. Once Tiger’s team came down to the site, they loved it. It’s surreal. I mean, it’s friggin’ Tiger! We talk now.”
Designing this golf course for Trout might be another project for Woods’ company. But for the 11x All-Star, it is a dream come true, which he will cherish forever.
