After losing thrice to the Toronto Blue Jays, the New York Yankees broke their losing streak by winning against the Blue Jays yesterday. However, an incident including Gerrit Cole, Aaron Judge, and Alek Manoah is making headlines now. Meanwhile, Gerrit Cole and Aaron Judge are two of the brightest players in Major League Baseball and are certainly living up to their names.

Last night, during the game, Manoah accidentally hit Judge, which caused Gerrit to come out of the dugout, followed by the rest of the team. Later on, Manoah casually speaking threatened Cole for coming off the dugout. Then, a video of Manoah’s previous altercation came to light, and he became the source of multiple trolls.

What did Gerrit Cole do on the field that enraged Manoah?

Tension boiled over in the fifth inning of the Yankees v/s Blue Jays match when Jays’ pitcher Alek Manoah hit at-bat Aaron Judge at a speed of 92mph.

Accordingly, for hitting Judge, Manoah said“Been struggling with my sinker for about five, six starts now. I made a pitch, and it obviously hit Judge. I looked at him, said, ‘Man, you know, I’m not trying to do that.'”

What went on was the star pitcher of the Yankees came out of the dugout, followed by several other teammates. Apparently, Manoah did not like the way Gerrit came out of the dugout and said, “I think [Judge] understood that. And I think if Gerrit wants to do something, he can walk past the Audi sign next time.”

What Manoah meant by the statement was that if Cole wanted to do something, he could walk past the dugout of their team, which was near the grass-sprayed logo of Audi.

Has Manoah ever been in any other tense situation?

In the first half of this season, the Yankees fought against the Blue Jays on April 14, and pitcher Manoah had an exchange with Yankees’ pitcher Luis Severino.

In that exchange of words between the two pitchers, Manoah never even came out of the dugout. He spoke to Luis with his team standing beside him. The video of Manoah and Severino’s exchange resurfaced after Alek threatened Cole after the interview.

Also, Yankees fans did not stop themselves from trolling the Blue Jays pitcher after this video came out.
