The Yankees star player Aaron Judge has most of the people related to the game talking about him and his play, and that includes the former Yankee and Hall of Famer Derek Jeter. The shortstop talked about Aaron “All Rise” Judge’s game when he went to Yankee Stadium for the celebration of his HOF induction ceremony.

The way All Rise has been playing this season is not hidden from anyone. He recently hit his 55th homer of the season and is on the pace to hit almost 10 more. He has already broken Alex Rodriguez’s Yankees record of hitting 54 home runs in a season and is on the pace to break many more records.

The shortstop may have retired from the game years ago, but that does not mean he doesn’t follow the game anymore. He still knows about the players and how they are playing, and one of those players in the Yankees is Aaron Judge.

“He’s carrying the team, and it’s pretty remarkable what he’s been able to do here, in the spotlight in New York,” Jeter said. According to Jeter, Judge has in him what it takes to play in New York.

Furthermore, he said, “The thing about Aaron is that he hits for a high average. He’s not all or nothing, he’s not swinging for the fences and striking out 250 times.”

Does Jeter watch all the games?
When asked if he watches every game, the shortstop said that since he does not have access to the YES network, he does not watch all the games.

But to stay updated, what he does is watch the highlights. And by watching the highlights, he can tell what Judge is doing and can also relate to it.
“It’s hard enough to get a hit, I don’t know how you go up there and hit as many home runs as he’s hit,” Jeter said.
