High School Musical fame Vanessa Hudgens, has been over the moon ever since she got engaged to the Major League Baseball shortstop Cole Tucker. Hudgens and Tucker were first linked romantically back in 2020 and became an Instagram official couple in 2021. The couple was enjoying the life of an engaged couple until the actual tension of planning a wedding became a reality. However, only one person is getting tense about everything, and that would be the Hollywood diva Vanessa Hudgens. 

The stress of planning the perfect wedding is getting to the actress, making her think how good eloping would be. Hudgens recently appeared on an episode of The Drew Barrymore Show. There, among other things, she talked about considering eloping and dropping the wedding planning stress entirely. 

Why does Vanessa Hudgens want to elope?

After the engagement, whenever Hudgens talked about how life is at any appearance, she always said that it’s great and she’s happy. The couple coincidentally met at a time when the world was in chaos, and they found comfort in each other’s solace.

But there’s one thing that’s itching Vanessa’s head, and it is finding a venue for having a perfect wedding. Talking to Drew, she said, “It’s hard … finding a venue is tough. I kind of just want to elope. I’m really — I’m lost, I don’t know.”

When the host asked the actress about any opinions that her husband-to-be might have about the wedding, she simply said that he doesn’t care. According to Vanessa, “He just wants to get married to me. He’s like, ‘Whatever you want, babe.'”

Cole or Vanessa, who made the first move in the relationship?

For this relationship to happen, the Princess Switch actress had revealed earlier that she had made the first move. She took the charge, gave herself a brush of confidence, and seamlessly slipped into her now fiance’s DMs. 

One direct message to the baseball shortstop, and the rest is history. The couple has been having the time of their lives ever since they announced their engagement while garnering millions of congratulations from others.
