The baseball star dated the model in 2005. Even though their relationship did not last long, it seems like they ended things on a good note. Shortly after getting named FHM’s model of the year in 2005, Vida started dating the Yankees legend Derek Jeter. 2005 is considered a pretty lucky year for the athlete as well.
Considering he came second in scoring runs in the American League and won the Golden Glove award, also for the second time. In an interview with TMZ, Vida got asked how she felt about the player’s engagement with his now wife, Hannah Davis. She said, “He said once he retired, he wanted to get married …. so he’s living his dream. Congratulations to him.“
Wishing him all the best, she said, “He’s really an awesome person, and I wish him all the best.” She seemed genuinely happy while talking about the legend’s engagement. Therefore, there does not seem to have any reason to believe otherwise.
