

In the spirit of the spooky festival of Halloween, to lift the moods with little bundles of joy, the Houston Astros decided to throw a surprise party for their players and their families. This Halloween was the first one for a couple of kids, and the Astros weren’t going to let their first Halloween go without a celebration.

The team went all in for the celebration on the morning of game 3 of the World Series. But little did they know that the game would be getting postponed because of rainfall.

What did the Houston Astros do for the player’s kids?
On the morning of game three of the World Series against the Philadelphia Phillies, the Astros hosted a party at the hotel where all the players were staying with their families. Mainly for the kids to celebrate Halloween, they also planned for them to go trick-or-treating. For this celebration, everybody on the team got dressed up with their kids and enjoyed the day.

Later, players got asked about their opinions of the Astros’ gesture, and according to what they said, the players seemed quite content.

Another pitcher, Justin Verlander’s daughter was one of the kids who dressed up for the celebration, and he too got dressed up for it.

From the looks of it, it can be said that the kids, as well as their parents, enjoyed the gesture extended by the management. Also, game three, which was supposed to happen last night, got postponed because of heavy rain.
